Trailside Bed & Breakfast 1

Ideally situated with access to walking or biking trails from our back yard and a short walk to town from the front yard. Trailside B & B offers two comfortable bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with two twin beds. Breakfast could be traditional bacon & eggs or a continental style breakfast or self serve. Snacks and hot or cold drinks always available. There is also a large comfortable living room equipped with satellite TV, treadmill, a pool table and ping pong and room for board games. We charge the same price for each bedroom, so when you book, it will be for one room, with a maximum occupancy of two people. If you need both rooms you will have to contact us to see if we have availability. In the summer, enjoy a dip in our heated inground pool. In the winter you can enjoy cross country skiing, or downhill skiing just a few minutes away. We currently have no pets, but may accommodate dogs if requested. No cats please due to allergies. We are usually available on site and enjoy visitor interaction. If you are looking for privacy, then you will find it here. Uxbridge is the Trail Capital of Canada and is blessed to have many cultural activities, and enjoys a variety of restaurants. Visit d (Website hidden by Airbnb) for upcoming cultural and community activities. Taxi's are readily available, but walking is really nice in the good weather. Two bathrooms are available, but neither is ensuite.
