Breakers Beach Apartment - Unrivalled Beach View

Light and airy apartment based right on the beach front in St Agnes, Cornwall with a unique and stunning seascape view of Trevaunance Cove. The apartment is self contained with a double bedroom and two additional double sofa beds in the lounge/kitchen area, allowing up to 4 guests. This flat has everything for your perfect Cornish stay including wifi, heating, TV and a fully fitted self catering kitchen. And best of all, the beach is literally on your doorstep! When entering the beachfront apartment you're greeted with a unique spiral staircase so we advise caution to those with young children and/or heavy baggage. The bed is standard double size, with additional sofa beds that can easily be accessed for additional guests if needed. Various TV apps (own account required) and wifi are also provided for cosy days weather watching. There is also a shower room and toilet in the apartment. Please note the apartment is down a steep hill from the nearest carpark (approx 35 metres away) and only accessible on foot, so may be troublesome for those with mobility difficulties. I run the cafe downstairs so am frequently on site (Easter-October) but also available via e-mail / Airbnb for any queries, questions or just local restaurant and excursion recommendations. St.Agnes has recently been recognised as one of the top 10 places to live in the UK by The Sunday Times and provides a range of pubs and restaurants all with welcoming atmospheres within walking distance, up the hill from the cove. With the beach being right on your doorstep, a morning swim is just a 30 second skip away. The quaint village of St Agnes is full small shops, cafes, public houses and superb restaurants all within walking distance (1.5km uphill from the apartment), however driving is advisable to visit stretches of the gorgeous cornish coastline - however, there are also public transport links nearby. Please ask for further details. Due to the aforementioned spiral staircase, unfortunately there is no disabled access and extra care should be taken with young children. There is limited parking available nearby (35 metres from apartment) with additional parking approximately 350 metres further away. Fully electronic blackout shutters make lie-ins no problem on lazy mornings and Breakers Beach Cafe is right downstairs! Unfortunately this is not a dog friendly property as we do not wish to cause issues for guests with allergies.
