Newly renovated studio. Private entrance, private bath, sleeps 3 (1 queen & 1 twin bed). Cozy sitting area. Dorm style kitchen (coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, fridge). TV, Wifi. Quiet location, walking distance to downtown Morrisville, close to Stowe (10 miles), Elmore (3.5 miles), Green River Reservoir (8 miles). Hike, snowshoe, x-c ski out our back door. Downhill skiing, biking, kayaking close by. Great leaf peeping. Great birds! Lots of local eats and brews. Private entrance into our garage, up a flight of stairs to the guest suite, which has everything you need to be comfortable and content during your stay. Designated parking spot to the left of our garage. We're at the end of a dead end street. Quiet, private, 2.5 acres with close access to town. The best of both worlds. Park to left of garage - between garage and shed. Walk, bike or drive just over a mile into town.
