new apartment close to Zurich city and airport

Brand new apartment incl. Sky Lounge in the heard of Zurich north, 10 minutes by train from Zurich airport, 10 minutes by train to Zurich central station. The apartment has 17m2 and is located on the ground floor. It includes a double bed, wardrobe, kitchen with fridge and stove, bathroom with shower and urinal (an additional toilet is located in the basement), and unique access to the sky lounge on the 19th floor of the building. PLEASE NOTE that the toilet is located outside the apartment (one floor below the apartment, in the same building, accessible by elevator). Just treat my home as you would wish your home to be treaded - you can use everything in the apartment, except of personal belongings - smoking is only allowed outside or on the Sky Lounge. I'm a swiss guy and love to interact with different people around the world and different cultures - I'm always available for my guests, as long as possible due to my job;-) It's a very lovely neighborhood in a growing and modern part of the city - you will love it as much as I do=)) you'll reach Oerlikon station in about 10 minutes by foot (or take the 2 minutes tramway), from there you're in 3 minutes by train in Zurich central station - or enjoy hanging around in Zurich north...
