Nestled on the beautiful coast of West Wales, Charlotte's at №7 is a Georgian townhouse, just a two minute walk from Aberaeron’s charming town centre, historic walled harbour and quiet pebble beach. Perfect for a gentle walk along the stunning river Aeron, an invigorating coastal walk towards the sandy beaches of New Quay (keep your eyes open for dolphins!) or a ramble through the green and lush rolling hills. A touch of luxury and comfort needn’t cost a fortune! Fall asleep in a sumptuous king size bed, have a lazy morning with a cuppa, catch up with your favourite TV programmes or simply relax with a book in the cozy seating area. This boutique style room has been newly renovated and refurbished to a high standard, tailored to your needs and comfort. The space is bright and airy with a contemporary feel, whilst retaining some original features such as the parquet mosaic tiles in the entrance hallway. After much deliberation (endless talks with family and friends) and due to my convenient location I have come to the decision (rightly or wrongly?!) not to offer breakfast... Sorry. HOWEVER, although I don’t offer breakfast you have the flexibility of your own living/dining room and are very welcome to bring your own continental style breakfast. There is a kettle, toaster, tea/coffee/sugar, small fridge and all the cutlery and crockery you need. Alternatively I am happy to point you in the direction of some delicious breakfasts available from excellent and diverse eateries right on your doorstep, which means you can have a well deserved lie in....... During your stay, the rooms are all yours, I will not enter to plump pillows etc. Relax, chill out, no rushing to get up for housekeeping or breakfast. Lie in as long as you like. I have off road parking for 1 car. I live on the premises so wherever possible I look forward to welcoming you on arrival. You will have keys to the front door and you are welcome to come and go as you please. Need more tea/coffee, extra (Website hidden by Airbnb) problem all the information you need is in your Welcome folder in your room. During your stay you can contact me between the hours of 8am and 10pm.
