The kitchen, living room and bathroom/laundry are downstairs. There is a sheltered north facing porch ideal for alfresco meals facing a pleasant garden. The apartment is within walking distance to the CBD. Cafes, restaurants and shopping centres close by. A 5-10 min drive to Middleton Beach or Emu Point. The whole apartment, and back garden. We will give guests space, however open to any questions or concerns by email or text. Slipway/walkway to town in front of the house. 3 minutes from Woolworths. 3 minutes to Lime 303 Bar & Restaurant. Close to cafes, restaurants, shops. Parking in front of the house. 5 minutes from York St and staight down Middleton Rd to the beach...5 mins. Close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Bus stop close by on Middleton Rd.
