Converted Milking Parlour in Wye Valley

My place is close to great views and walks, family-friendly activities, The Elan Vally, Builth Wells Show Ground, Llandrindod Wells, Hay On Wye. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the comfy bed, nature, walks, countryside, log fire, rambling badgers, batty bats and hooting owls. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Additional yoga, meditation and relaxation sessions are also available. Nestled on the hillside in Howey we are spoilt for beautiful views and walks. You can go for a walk, sit and watch the world and sheep go by, or hop in the car to The Elan Vally, Builth, Hay on Wye, and Llandod. There is an abundance of wildlife and countryside to enjoy. The Old Milking Parlour is a self contained, self catering, annex, across the old farmstead yard from our 700 year old thatched cottage. You have total privacy in the annex. A double bedroom (this has a king-size bed that can be separated into two singles if requested), single bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/diner/lounge. There is parking, and plenty of outdoor space! We are just across the way and you are welcome to come and give us a knock with any questions or problems. Howey is a small village with a lovely pub. We are a rural community surrounded by farms and farm land. Our nearest town is Llandod, a couple of miles away. Builth is about 10 minutes drive in the other direction. The Heart Of Wales Train line runs through Llandod. There are local buses and taxis. Very keen walkers are advised to bring a car or to use our local taxi firm.
