Entire cabin including back porch and carport. Two cabinets are locked. (Our personal toiletries.) Available by phone or text. Lake Sam Rayburn is one of the top bass and crappie lakes in Texas. Cassel Boykin Park and boat ramp is less than five miles down Highway 147. Great pier fishing, day or night. Pavilion, and restrooms. The cabin has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a pull out sofa with a queen bed. Guest will need to supply twin, full and queen size sheets, blankets, towels, wash clothes , etc., all linens. We ask you leave the cabin in the same condition you find it in. Take ALL trash outside, to large trash can around back of cabin. Sweep entire cabin and clean bathroom area. We do not charge a cleaning fee if you clean up after yourself. We do this to save our guest money. However we will charge a $50-$75 fee if we have to clean the cabin. Thank you for your cooperation.
