Dear Guests, we are proud to offer you a holiday home in the beautiful Kvarner bay. The house is decorated in vintage style and can accommodate eight guests. Everything is almost brand new because it was built in 2019/2020. There is 140 m2 of living space with two bedrooms with queen size bed and one bedroom have two single beds. In the open space downstairs, there are high-quality sofa beds. The ground level is a big open space that accommodates a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a full bathroom and a laundry and storage room. A flight of stairs takes you to the upper level. There you will find the bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a balcony with amazing views as far as your eye can see. Great spot for your morning coffee. There are five air conditioning units in the house to make sure you stay cool during the hot summer months. For winter visitors, we are equipped with high performing radiators. The house offers good and stable wi-fi, smart TV and billiards table for evening fun and socializing. There is parking space for four cars. It is a pet-friendly property. The house is situated in a small village of Smrika, between the island of Krk brigade and Jadranovo/Crikvenica in the Kvarner bay. In the village, within walking distance, you will find a grocery store, post office, a couple of bars and fast food places. There is also a great and very fair priced old school restaurant Katarina with a great offer of typical Mediterranean dishes, freshest meats and fish paired with great domestic wines. Very easy access from the highway 2km is another convenient feature for your stress-free vacation. The location is the perfect starting point for numerous excursions like Plitvice lakes, Island of Krk, Cres and Lošinj, Venice (Italy), Postojna cave (Slovenia), just to name a few, Famous Crikvenica Riviera offers a wide array of all kinds of beaches in the distance of 1.5km to 40km from the house. For more active guests, there are marked bike paths, hiking tours, wine trails, paragliding, snorkelling, big game fishing, carting, windsurfing, tennis facilities etc. On the Crikvenica riviera, you will find countless dining, entertainment and shopping options in the towns of Crikvenica, Selce, Dramalj and Novi Vinodolski. If you decide to visit the opposite side of the regional centre, you have the opportunity to visit 'jewels' like Opatija, Moščenićka Draga, Lovran, Matulji, and the regional centre, the city of Rijeka with its rich historical heritage. A donkey farm is also nearby, so you can purchase a bottle od health there and take it back home with you. We are confident that the location is unbeatable even for the most demanding guests.
