Double room with own bathroom, includes breakfast

The accommodation comprises a spacious bedroom with double bed and storage (with room for a single bed suitable for a child/young person) in a light 1930s house in a quiet residential area, and a private bathroom. There is use of the kitchen/dining room and a light breakfast is included. The garden can also be used. The house is within walking distance of shops, and is close to Swansea University, Singleton Hospital, the city centre, the beach and Gower. There is a driveway for your car. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights if the second bed is required. The house is in a good location for anyone who will be working in Swansea or visiting the hospital or university, and for visitors to Gower. There are special rates for anyone who is attending Singleton hospital for radiotherapy. Guests can use the kitchen and garden at all times. There is parking, and a bus stop 2 minutes away. I usually work from home and so am around most of the time and can help guests with information about local amenities, entertainment etc. The house is in a cul de sac in a quiet area and close to all amenities. There is a bus stop around the corner if needed, and there are plenty of places to eat in the evening, some within walking distance. Parking is on the driveway, but there is also a bus service into Swansea and a local taxi service. The price is for one person, if two or three people are staying it is an extra £5 per night per person. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights if three people are staying. Smokers can smoke in the back garden. There is a £5 cleaning fee for a complete stay.
