The apartment is located in the area of Nea Zoe (Countryside) in Ioannina. A characteristic feature of the location is the panoramic view across the city of Ioannina, Lake Pamvotis, the islet and the city's airport. It is just 4.7 Km from the city center of Ioannina, 1 Km from the ring road and 1.7 Km from the airport. In the garden of the villa there is a freshwater swimming pool with dimensions of 11x6 meters, a barbeque area and a bar for your afternoon coffee or your drink in the evening. The apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Deluxe Sight. This is an entire apartment with modern décor and minimal elements. - Beautiful and stylish things and objects decorate the spaces of the apartment. - The color that dominates is white that blends harmoniously with black, gray and soft gold. We chose colors of the Earth's palette to be restful and to emphasize the large space of the house. - Large and comfortable rooms with beautiful minimal decoration. Simple and relaxed lines with geometric patterns are the pattern of decoration. The rooms are equipped with modern, practical furniture made of wood or leather. - In the outside of the villa there is a bar where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee by the pool and your drink in the evening watching from above the illuminated city and the stars mirroring the lake. On the other side of the garden there is a barbeque area and a large dining area to enjoy your meal. The transportation to and from the villa can be by private car or by public bus. Just 100 meters away is a central bus stop. Diametrically opposed to the first stop and at a distance of 400 meters, there is a second stop which is served by another city call route. At a distance of 1,7 Km is the airport of Ioannina and at a distance of just 700 meters, there is the peripheral road that leads to the major national roads, the Ionian highway and the main road, as well as to the local national roads for the popular tourist destinations of the prefecture of Ioannina.
