Holidays in Bodenheim ( Wine Region)

This apartment is located right in the center of Bodenheim. There is easy access to the train station (5min walk) and there are lots of restaurants (wineries 2 mins walk) and the wine yards are 10 min by foot. Mainz Hauptbahnhof is 15 minutes by train. It is part of our family home but remains its own private space with all the utilities you might need. We do not have a pool- we have a whirlpool! You can use the heated whirlpool (jacuzzi) if you let us know 2 days in advance. The living room is spacious and there is a beautiful view of small European alleyways and the local church. The house was built in 1878 and is part of the historic town center. Everything is easily accessible, since the house is located right in the city center. The flat is a take on modern style architecture, making it a very classy, yet a cosy apartment. The hosts are very cooperative and would be happy to take any reasonable request that you may have. No access to other parts of the house or barn. You can use the yard/garden to grill and chill. If you would like to use the hot tub then let us know 24 hours in advance since we will have it cleaned and heated up before you arrive. ( bringing the temp upto 35 takes 24 hours: hence let us know in advance) Happy to help with any inquiries. We socialise with guests if they like. Town centre, church, train station, town hall, bakery, restaurants (all 8 minutes by foot) Bike is the best for getting around in the neighbourhood however train is suitable for going to Mainz and Frankfurt Two Persian Bengal cats live in the same house but not in the Airbnb space. Consider that there might be bits of cat hair if you are allergic Free Basic small German Breakfast is available and is stored in the fridge. Bread, Butter, leberwurst (pate), Philadelphia , Sliced cheese, fresh fruit. Tea/ coffee/ Milk/ Water The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the only access is through staircase. We can accommodate requests if we are informed at the time of booking. In summer this town ‘Bodenheim’ can get hot and we do not have an air conditioner, we can provide fans for ventilation.
