Set in a the centre of a 1 acre mature forest garden, with an abundance of fauna/wildlife, yet only 10 mins walk to local beach at Welhengoda, a popular surfing beach, and close to where you will find the 'stilt fishermen'. Surrounded by the shade of trees Mimosa Villa sits in the middle of the 1 acre forest garden, it is cool, welcoming, and has a homely feel. Free 4G Wi Fi. Hot water, numerous indoor/outdoor communal areas. Guests can rent the entire Villa, There are 2 x triple rooms with en suites, private access and covered patio area, 1 x double room, and 1 x single. There is also a fully fitted/modern kitchen, Dining room, Day room, front Porch and Terrace. During your stay you have free access to the whole house and garden. There is free 4G Wi Fi, hot water, kitchen, and staff on hand to provide service, cook/clean etc. When I am in Sri Lanka I live at Mimosa, I have an attic private apartment. I enjoy interacting with and helping guests, With airport transfers, tours, places of interest, etc Our job at Mimosa Villa is to make your stay as stress free and as happy as possible. Mimosa Villa is in Maliy(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), a small village suburb of Ahangama, with friendly and helpful local families. Ahangama centre with supermarket, shops, chemist, etc is a 20 minute walk from Mimosa Villa. There is a small/ local/ village shop close by selling basic everyday items. The beach is 10 minutes walk from Mimosa Villa. Tuk Tuks are readily available, we have a scooter on site, there is car parking facilities, and on the main road 10 minutes walk away there are regular bus services to different towns North and South. Ahangama railway station is also easily accessible, 5 minutes away via tuk tuk. I have a reliable, safe, taxi driver I work with to arrange airport transfers, safari, tours, etc. We can provide breakfasts, lunch, and evening meals. If guests prefer they can use our kitchen to make their own food. We also have BBQ facilities, hammocks in the shade of the garden, an outdoor shower, and an abundance of trees, shrubs, and wild life. Monkeys visit the garden daily! By way of air conditioning we have ceiling fans in every room, and together with an abundance of trees offering shade from the sun the Villa stays cool throughout.
