Comfortable 2 Bed Home with the basics

*PLEASE READ all listing details & amenities. Soak up the urban vintage charm in this quaint home, located in an older quiet neighborhood. It's equipped with the basic needs for your stay. We are 10 min from downtown, 15 min from Covenant, 25 min from most Saginaw County windfarm facilities. If traveling during summer months we want our guests to know that our home is NOT equipped with AC. Cameras are installed for surveillance, video does not capture interior video inside house. Neighbors are life long residents and a couple renters that stay to themselves. it is quite and calm. We have one member of our community that has Roosters (the roosters do roost at will) and Hens. To date Spring 2021 there aren't any residents in the homes next door. My garage/ workshop which I use occasionally is located behind the home. Travel by car or ride share service. Please watch your step when entering and exiting the kitchen from the rear entrance. There is a small step.
