Everyone can come and relax at the Lookout - a beautiful property on the Portuguese coast. With space for 8 people, 3 bedrooms and two different balconies overlooking the ocean there is more than enough space for everyone. We are situated a short walk from the beach in the coastal town of Atalaia overlooking beautiful beaches. Whether you want to learn to surf, go scuba diving, walk or just eat some great food everything is close and accessible. We look forward to meeting all of you! The view from each level will be why you will fall in love with my lookout! The lookout is perfect for couples, families, solo travelers, and business travelers. The entire property is available to you including the swimming pool, tennis court and a garage. Beach is a short walk away and you can enjoy a host of restaurants in the nearby beach town of Praia Areia Branca and Perralta. The property has ample parking space and so does the beach town. Grocery stores and shopping is available nearby as well. The neighborhood is very peaceful with noise control restrictions at night. The house is located in a controlled private condominium area comprising of adjoining townhouses. Although it is not absolutely necessary to have a car it is best to have one so you may get to the grocery stores and restaurants. The house doesn't have air-conditioning or fans as the natural air-flow keeps it very comfortable during the summer. For winter months radiant heating allows for a comfortable stay.
