So very convenient to get to all Brisbane has to offer. Bus stops are literally outside the front door. Inbound taking you directly to the Gabba (two stops away), Mater hospital and City. Outbound to Garden City shopping centre. Being only 4 kms from the CBD its only a 5 minute drive! We are a very short drive (or train ride) to The PA and Greenslopes hospitals for those visiting relatives. We are also an easy 5 minute walk to cafes supermarkets and bottle shops. The apartment also boasts its own separate laundry with Fisher & Paykel washer & dryer, polished concrete floors throughout and modern furnishings. Two car off street parking & separate private entrance. Brand new whisper quite air conditioners in both bedrooms. Perfect for traveling couples or longer business stays. We have also just recently opened the beautiful pool area to our AirBNB guests. This is a shared space and the pool rules are listed under house rules. Always happy to help out in anyway as we live and work next door.
