Property located in a suburban location, ease of access to CBD, business/industrial precinct, local shopping centres, medical facilities, gym, recreational areas, etc. The property has air-conditioning and ceiling fans so opportunity to escape the heat. There is room to move about around the property. The kitchen, living areas, washing machine, clothes line, office space are shared areas of the property. WiFi is available and requires a password for access There is parking available in one parking space in the top drive-way. At the front of the property a vehicle has opportunity to park on the cemented area. Guest arrive at the property most times welcomed by the owner. Otherwise with prior arrangement between guest and owner, guest will enter property under instructions given. In guests allocated area is completely private to the guest. Entry by owner is by arrangement with guests mainly to change linen, clean or maintenance. Guests are welcome to use shared areas of the property. Quiet neighbourhood in a court, so there is no real traffic. Most property owners own a dog so occasionally you will hear them. Having a car is ideal to get around, in saying that there is availability of Uber or Taxi service. It is walkable into Stocklands the main shopping precinct, small Supermarkets, Airport, Bunnings, Tavern etc. Check-in time is flexible and check out by 10AM
