House with pool in a great/quiet area in Zurich

Built in 1928, the 5-bedroom house with garden and pool is a perfect location for a family. Modern furniture and design classics create a welcoming and bright atmosphere for a stay in and around the house. The place is close to the city center and yet in a very quiet location. At the ground floor of the house, you will find a large living and dining room with an open kitchen. On the first floor, there are 3 (kids-)bedrooms and a bath room with bathtub. On the second floor, there is another large (parents-)bedroom, an «office» and a bath room with shower. In the attic, you will find another bedroom. At the basement, there is the washing machine, a playroom fort he kids and direct access to the garage, that you can use during your stay. There is our cat «Malou», that will wander around the garden and is looking forward meeting people from all over the world. She is living in the basement, not in the living area of the house. Vasyl is living in an extra flat in the basement of the house. He is taking care of things like the mail, the pool and the cat (living in the basement, if she is around). Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and save neighborhood, close to the city center. It’s a 3 minute walk to the tram station from where the tram takes you to the city center called Bellevue in 15 minutes or to the main train station in 20 minutes. Europe is on your doorstep, by train you can reach Milan in 3.5 hrs, Paris and Munich in 4hrs. 20 min by tram to the main station 35 min by tram and train to Zurich airport 2 min walk to the forest 15 min walk to the lake The place is perfect for a family to enjoy Zurich and Switzerland. You can easily explore Switzerland from Zurich in day trips. Enjoy nature during the day and hustling and bustling city life in the evening or relax and play in the garden or on the sunny terrasse, if you are not taking a dip in the swimming pool.
