Welcome to paradise! Forries Beach Shack is located 300m to the beach, and backs onto bush reserve with beautiful natural flora and birdlife. The guesthouse is a modern private bedroom separate from our main home, and has a queen bed, and most things you'll need. There is a separately accessed private lounge and bathroom under the main house for guests as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area on the undercover back deck. There is plenty of street parking available. The bedroom is light, bright, and quiet (in a very private cul de sac). There is complementary tea and coffee, as well as a Mini Bar with water, treats , beer and other goodies, all at cost price for your convenience. Our local Forresters Beach shops are just around the corner - there is a bottle shop, x2 Italian restaurants, a corner store with basic groceries (and a cracking breakfast and lunch menu) as well as a bakery. We are just 5 minutes drive to Bay Village Shopping Centre, and 5 minutes drive to Terrigal Esplanade, the culinary and social hub of the Central Coast. The rooms have their own private access as well as a sliding back door at the rear. The backyard is accessible from your room, and features an outdoor deck area. You are welcome to use the back outdoor spaces. The laundry in the garage is available on request. Your space is your own, but we are happy to meet and greet if you wish and help with anything you need. Forresters beach has a very friendly and quiet atmosphere, especially in our street. There are bus stops located on Kalakau Avenue (a couple hundred meters away) or from the main road, also nearby. The local taxi number is 131 008 and there are plenty of Ubers operating on the Central Coast also. Our beautiful pup, Bella, will be roaming around and may come to say Hi. She is a soft old soul of 10 years old and is entirely friendly and would love to soak up any pats she can get.
