In small rural village Hambrook, Bristol, just off the M32, Enter the grounds of our 200 year old family home off the main road and you will find this stunning little new purpose built cabin situated privately on its own section of land overlooking the fields. Up the private garden and through the modern bifold doors you will be greeting with a modern bright clean spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, all cooking utensils and even a wine cooler fridge, the living /dining area features a small 2 seater dining table, cozy lamp for ambience, built in Bluetooth ceiling speakers, a large Smart TV with WiFi , Netflix, built in apps and a pull out double sofa bed for extra guests. the small hallway with large round mirror for getting ready, a utility cupboard with washer dryer (available on request) leads into the large tiled bathroom with electric shower and underfloor heating, with heated towel rail, and complimentary toiletries. From the bathroom patio door you can chill out on the decking which will feature a hot tub in the summer, fully enclosed by natural bamboo for ultimate privacy and a wrap around decked walkway around the cabin. The bedroom features a small double bed, 2 bedside tables with 2 drawers each, a dressing table, mirror and clothing rail plenty of storage for short term stays. The property will feature outdoor BBQ, rattan garden furniture and seating/dining area for the perfect al fresco dinner or chill out in the summer. We are an 8 minute drive to the City centre with a bus stop directly outside and close to all amneties and local transport links . This is a great stay for visiting bristol but staying out of the hustle and bustle. It’s perfect for getaways, avid walkers and explorers or local worker stays mon - fri. There is ample on street parking plus 2 designated parking spaces on the driveway behind secured gates and CCTV. Free wifi, all linen, bedding and towels supplied. And a welcome pack of essentials and extra complimentary items to make your stay more luxurious and comfortable. Local rural village Hambrook is set just off the Frenchay/Winterbourne lights on the A4174 ring road just off the m32 motorway. An 8 minute drive takes you straight into Bristol City Centre and Cabot Circus shopping. There is a perfect little country pub called ‘The White Horse’ a 5 minute walk on the same road as us. The garden and decoration is a must ! Or you can visit Frenchay over the other side of the ring road and take a walk to the Common and enjoy food and drinks at the White Lion pub. Our property is on the main Bristol road yet backs onto fields which can be accessed through our farmers gate for walking down to the Frome river walkway. This walk can take you all the way to yate or to Snuff Mills. The bus stop outside will take you 20 minutes to the City Centre, we are 1.3 miles away from parkway train station. Local shops, post office and bakery etc 1 miles away in next village Winterbourne. The UWE is also only a 5 minute drive. It really is perfectly located for whatever kind of stay. Ample Parking for your car, bus stop directly outside, train station less than 5 minute drive (1.3 miles) The drive inside our gates is big enough for 5 cars and there is additional parking the front and main road. You may hear our doggies from time to time and cars parking as we live on site with an additional cabin for guests.
