The flat is new. It's situated next to the square / church of the village. Just 500m from the sea, it is 50m far from marketplace, grocery, bakery, take-off machine and just 20m from gas station / car wash. Neighborhood is ideal for peaceloving groups and families. You can easily park your car on the road, there is minimum traffic noise. All the loud beach bars / clubs are located on the beach, so you can have as much fun as you want and then return to your safety. The flat is new. It's 60 square metres with 2 bedrooms, 12 and 10 square metres. If you need any baby bed, we can provide it for free. Orientation is eastern / western, it's really bright. There is a flat on top of this one and another on the bottom of it . It's on the first floor of the building, you are the only one on the floor. You also own 4 square metres outside of your door, ideal for leaving your shoes or your swimming equipment. You take control of the whole flat, there are no deteriorations. Everything that's inside your safety door is yours to use. Kids can play at the yard / garden, but you cannot use the garden for barbeque or setting lunch and coffee tables. On the building next to yours, on the top floor, you will find the land lady, called "Marianna". She will give you the keys when you arrive and will answer to all of your questions. She speaks English and Greek. She lives there, so she will solve any problem that occurs during your accommodation. You will have to prove your identity to her with some kind of legal document ( ID, driving licence, passport, etc ) so we are legit to any checking. Neighbours are quiet habitants of the village that don't cause any trouble. Most of them are older so if you are a party animal, it's of no use to invite them. They won't cause any trouble about loud music of yours, but if you want to live your myth in Greece, rock your body and drink tequillas till you see green dragons on the ceiling..... then we don't believe this is the right neighborhood for you. There is no public transport in the village. You don't need it, destinations are really close to each other. There are private buses that go from Thessaloniki to Nea Moudania (6 klm after Nea Flogita) and backwords every hour during high season. The bus stop is 50m away from the flat. If you really want to explore chalkidiki and don't just stay in the village, you should have a car. This village is a great starting position to visit both first leg and second leg of Chalkidiki and return back home in the evening. Just remember to have gasoline and start the journey before 9:00am! This flat belongs to a traditional and hospitable greek family, it is newly built and being rent for first year. We accept everybody as long as he doesn't have inappropriate or infringing behavior. We aren't hoteliers, but we will try to solve any problems that you may have. Animals are prohibited and we will be really strict if you arrive more persons than the number you booked. This flat is for max 5 people and a baby, no larger parties.
