Our home is located in a remote village called Ropa near Bajaura between Kullu and Mandi in Himachal Pradesh, surrounded with nature, jungle, moiuntains, dense trees and blissed with a stream running just in front of the property. A farm full of beauty and adventure suitable for friends, families, couples as well as gatherings and groups. Our home is located in a natural and pollution free environment adjoining lush green forest and trees as the magnificent views. We provide 3 double bedrooms with attached kitchen and one dormitory cum meditation hall with two common shared bathroom. We provide good quality local food. Our organic and bio-dynamic farming practices ensures that nourishment is complete. A Buddha hall for meditation and yoga sessions, one can also enjoy recreational activities and meditation outdoors along the riverside to breathe and enjoy peaceful moments. There are DPF adjoining our property, hardly 20 minutes trek and we can also arrange camps for people who wish to spend a day or two in the lush green forests. Me and my family are available here all the time, throughout the year, and will be happy to host you and help you throughout your stay here. Ropa is located in Mandi Road, on the way to Prashar Lake. 4kms from Bajaura, the nearest town and 9kms from Bhuntar Airport. Just a short stroll to the village will give you an insight into the simplicity and naturalness of rural life in India. Departmental, stationery and grocery shops are just walk-able distances. Small cafes and local chai shops are also on the way. One of the main destination, Prashar Lake is just 40kms from here and our home can be an ideal base to break your journey to Prashar Lake. Afternoons can be spend relaxing on the verandah enjoying the views, simply take time to experience the local village life, have a conversation with our locals, feed our cattle, explore the paddock and fields, learn the traditional farming practices and adopt our organic way of living. Devi Devatha culture is very famous and well-practiced in Himachal, guests who wishes to learn about the rituals and tradition can visit some of the temples nearby like Chamunda Mata Temple, Kali Nag Temple, Kunda Kari and Adi Brahma Temple. Buses are always available every two hours from Bhuntar, and we can also provide taxi and car facilities for guests who wishes to go to Bhuntar or Kullu.
