My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, groups, and furry friends (pets) and bikers. Welcome to our "Villa Suzi" in our modern family house with a farm on an area of 3500 m2, with a panoramic sea view. We offer accommodation in a spacious apartment of 54m2 for 3-5 persons Our property is situated in Šmrika, between Kraljevica and Crikvenica. Enjoy your stay in our modern family villa with a beautiful sea view over the whole Kvarner bay and the Krk bridge. We offer affordable and comfortable accommodation, with free parking. The apartment has one double bedroom and one single room, a large bathroom with tub and shower, patio, living room, dining table, fold-out couch for 2 persons. In the living and dining room, there is also a kitchen area to prepare meals and drinks. This combination of farm holidays with wonderful panoramic sea views of the Kvarner Bay and the island of Krk is unique in Croatia! We invite you to a quiet and relaxed family holiday. The spacious property has a large courtyard where children can play freely. ===NEW 2021 - FROM SUMMER 2021 OUR GUESTS CAN ALSO ENJOY A CLASSIC SWIMMINGPOOL=== The 100 m2 natural swimming pond offers relaxing swimming in naturally filtered water and lots of fun for the whole family. This sensitive system requires adequate filter and rest periods, so the bathing times are limited to 10:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00. Sunbathing areas with loungers around the swimming pond make the bathing fun perfect. The house has three apartments, two on the ground floor with beautiful terraces, one on the floor with a balcony. The surrounding beaches of Autcamp Oštro, Uvala Scott, Jadranovo, and Crikvenica are 5-10 minutes drive away. The family of the owner lives on the property and is therefore personally accessible for any questions and needs. They speak fluent German, very good English and a little French. The owners operate an ecological donkey farm. Especially children love to pet and feed these friendly animals. In addition to donkeys, and chickens can be observed, and those who like can also try healthy donkey milk. Accompanied by the children of the owners, guided walks can be made to a nearby cave. An interesting experience is also a round of gocart on the karting track, which can be easily reached on foot. Friends of this fast sport like to combine their passion for driving with a relaxing stay in our apartments. The house offers plenty of space, even for larger groups, bikers are welcome here! Šmrika is a cozy place, which is not crowded in the summer months. Here you can eat well in local restaurants and meet the locals when shopping in the small markets. The town is an ideal starting point for all kinds of activities. You can quickly reach Crikvenica, the nearest tourist center with beautiful beaches a great gastronomic offer, the port city of Rijeka to stroll, shopping, evening walk, and the island of Krk can be reached in 10 minutes. Experience shows that our guests like to take advantage of the numerous possibilities for excursions and leisure activities. Boat excursions from Crikvenica or the island of Krk are popular, day trips inland, visit the national park Plitvice lakes, and much more. You can access your apartment directly from the terrace. The property has large enclosed parking areas with free parking space. We are living in the neighbor house and are on your disposal for every question you might have. Our location is very interesting. Tourist centers and cultural sights can be easily reached, but your accommodation is in a lovely place in which you will mostly see local people We are 15 min by car from the main railway and bus station in Rijeka and the Rijeka airport on the island of Krk.
