Quiet city living. Our 1850's villa has a pretty front garden and when you enter the lead light front door you will find a spacious, light and easy living area. Just stroll to Hutt St or take the free bus to North Adelaide or city. We love living in this location and are sure you will enjoy your stay too. Everything is at your fingertips, friends always want to meet in this lively area and the beach/airport or hills and wineries are only 20 minutes away. When you enter our residence it is spacious, the living areas have polished floor boards but each bedroom has the comfort of carpet. State of the art concrete counters show off the stainless steel appliances. A free standing gas heater is great in the family area and two reverse cycle units heat and cool to moderate temperatures in the bedroom and living areas. A comfortable large lounge/kitchen. The lounge area with 2 leather couches, TV, DVD player, wifi. You can eat at a central counter or a separate dining area adjacent to the kitchen. There are 1 queen bedroom with ensuite. 1 king bed in the second bedroom and either 1 king/2 king singles in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have ample hanging and drawer space. The access and living area in our house are free of steps. This residence has an intimate courtyard for your sole use, there a barbecue for outdoor leisurely dining. On street parking, some non restricted time limit zones and most spaces offer free 2 hour parking from 9 am to 6 pm during weekdays. On weekends there is ample parking. If needed we like to help our guests by answering any questions they may have. We will always meet our guests unless you are notified that we won't be here. Our aim is to do anything that will make your stay more enjoyable. Hutt Street has many places to eat and of course interesting bars and hotels. to mention a few the Arab Steed, The Havelock Hotels, Kin Kin Thai, Bai Long, Chianti, Ballaboosta and Bar Torino just to recommend a few. The East end city also gives lots of choice for keeping you entertained. We are very close to the city parklands which are fantastic for morning exercising or a mid afternoon stroll through the serene Japanese Gardens. Although this is city living our surroundings have a close neighbourhood feel, with locals joining each other for morning coffee nearby. We have a free City and North Adelaide bus the 98 and 99 (details provided) it travels in both a clockwise and anticlockwise direction from Halifax Street just one block away. Also a short walk to King William Street you have the option of catching the Glenelg to Convention Centre tram. Adelaide is a unique city which allows you to drive and park with ease. Of course walking from our location to anywhere in the city gives a freedom not experienced in many other cities.
