There is a large size balcony with bbq and outdoor seating for the summer. guest parking is available off street. a few minutes from Redfern station with amazing views especially for sunrise. Redfern is a main transport hub with access to CBD only 1 stop by train and direct trains to the airport. Redfern is perfect walking distance to universities , UTS, SYDNEY UNI, NOTRE DAME & bus to UNSW the apartment is quite new and has just been furnished with all new furniture and appliances. the guest bathroom has a walk in shower/ wetroom with a bath. we have foxtel, netflix, stan, prime, and xbox/ wii consoles for gaming if you want to entertain yourself at home. Entire apartment We only spend time at home in the evenings, house is very quiet normally Redfern is literally the heart of the city - a few minutes away from the CBD. There are plenty of cafes, bars & restaurants to visit. In walking distance there are two huge parks (Victoria & Prince Alfred) both with Olympic sized swimming pools and BBQ facilities. Carriage works, which has the farmers markets every Saturday and various events on is just on the other side of Redfern. Glebe, Newtown & Surry Hills are also filled with pubs, bars and restaurants are all in close proximity. only one stop from central station there are great transport connections here with all major train lines coming through Redfern. Buses are plenty with stops just across the road. Walking to the city centre is only 15-20 mins as well as surrounding suburbs being widely accessible. Redfern is Literally the best location around the cbd for airport transfers with buses, taxi and train all being ideal options, it just depends which you prefer.
