Private room close to the city

This gorgeous apartment has a New York feel with a galley style kitchen, high ceilings & floor to ceiling windows/doors in the open plan living area which lead to a good sized balcony. A leisurely 25 minute walk to the city or 2 minute drive, the location is perfect. The apartment is light, airy and very modern. A generous sized guest bedroom and private bathroom is provided & the complex has a beautiful swimming pool. The place is suited to a couple or single traveller / business professional. Our guests have access to our lounge room, kitchen, balcony and dining area. Guests have access to kitchen, balcony, living room and swimming pool. We live an active lifestyle, so we won't be at the place very often. Tipperary Waters Marina is close by. Grab some fish and chips from Frying Nemo, voted 2017 Best Fish and Chips in Australia by the Australian Seafood Council. Take a stroll through the marina and look over the luxury boats. Bamboo Lounge offers great Thai food, there is also a grocery store and coffee shop nearby all within the Tipperary Waters shopping village. A bus stop is near by connecting you to the city and Casuarina Shopping Centre. You can hire a car from the airport or you can walk to the city which takes around 25 minutes. If you want to catch a bus to the city, it takes 30 minutes and there is a bus stop around the corner from our place.
