Brushwood Retreat

Brushwood Retreat located in a very quiet, tree lined, cul-de-sac. Super close to major supermarket (three minutes) restaurants, wine bar and gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. Base rate includes one bedroom, private lounge and bathroom with patio access to the pool. If you wish to access the 2nd bedroom, please book for a minimum of 3 or 4 people. No Kitchen, but fridge , microwave, coffee machine, toaster available, together with BBQ facilities. Continental breakfast supplied You have a spacious room with Queen size bed, with reverse cycle heating and cooling. Your room opens out to the patio via the double doors overlooking the pool and our small farm, which is home to our sheep. The lounge is next door, complete with TV and your breakfast facilities, fridge, microwave etc. Private bathroom is across the hall, together with a separate toilet - powder room. It is our wish that you come to Brushwood Retreat to relax and enjoy your stay. Both John and I have lived in Somerville for over 20 years and we love the Mornington Peninsula and all it has to offer. We would be happy to offer you suggestions of places to visit whilst you are here, but we are just as happy for you to sit back and relax and do nothing if that is your wish. Brushwood retreat is set on 5 acres and we are in a quiet cul-de-sac. Our little farm is home to sheep and you are welcome to go and see them as they are very friendly. Please do not open any gates on the property. Off street parking is provided for up to two cars. We are approximately 3 km walking distance from the Somerville Railway station and buses depart from the shopping centre which is approximately 2km away. We do recommend to explore the Mornington Peninsula properly a car is the best option. The accommodation is not really suitable for toddlers under 4 years old as there is a small drop from the veranda
