A recently modernised ground level apartment that can sleep 2, 4 or 6 people. The open plan living area has a dining area for 6. The lounge room has a leather 3 seater couch, two armchairs. A standard kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven, and gas stove. A separate toilet with safety rail, a bathroom with a sink, step in shower and safety rail (no bath). Laundry room, washing machine, dryer. One queen bed two double beds. Work from home using the small desk, lamp, printer, monitor and keyboard. There are many places to eat within 1km of the apartment McDonalds, Thai / Indian / Vietnamese / Chinese Restaurants. There are many fast food places such as Nando’s, McDonalds and Pizza Hut to name a few. There is an IGA supermarket, cafe, post office, hair dressers, Banks, chemist, library, oval, newsagent, Osborne Park Hotel, bottle shop, and petrol station 900m away. A Garden centre is open for breakfast or lunch 1500m away. The Lawn bowls club is open for drinks and meals and is 700m away. Innaloo shops and the Osborne Park business district is about 2.5km. Woolworths is 2.5km away and the IGA 1km. There is contactless checkin and checkout. Two people will be available by phone should there be something of an urgent nature. Checkin and checkout can be flexible. Simply leave the keys on the table on checkout. The apartment is 7km North of the city centre. A car ride takes about 15min outside of peak hour traffic. 30 min should be allowed during peak hour traffic (7 to 9am or 5 to 6:30pm on weekdays). To the city by Uber is about $25, $15 by Didi rideshare. The airport is 15km away and is 19min drive on the motorway by car during off peak times (about $50 by cab or $35 by Uber). Costs are estimates and may vary. It is more convenient to access the property by car. However there are local buses into the city or to Glendalough train station (bus stop is approximately 300m away on Main St). Alternately Uber’s and Taxis may privide a convenient means to get around. Buses can take 30 to 45min to get to the city. Scarborough Beach is 9km away. Kings Park is 10km away. This is a quiet non smoking apartment. This is is residential area so no parties or events. The place is not setup for infants and young children. Also not suitable for hen nights or bucks parties. A great place to enjoy the city and surrounds in a clean comfortable environment. Please take off your shoes before entering the apartment. No pets please. If there are signs or smells from smoking an automatic charge of $500 may apply.
