This is a fully furnished 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms brand new modern apartment located just minutes away from Turramurra train station. With lovely forestry scenery windows away from the balcony, it is the best stop for a small group or a family. Minutes drive to busy Chatswood and Hornsby shopping center , 5 minutes to local Coles and restaurants. The place enjoys both the convenience of city life & the quietness of a private get away. All living essentials are provided. The sofa bed can be unfold by pulling the two belt outwards and lifting the inside cushion upwards. Extra quilt and blankets are stored under the long cushion of the sofa. You can take it out by gently lifting the side without the backrest upwards. Extra blankets can be found in the wardrobes as well. (The one close to the pipe) The pass code for the mailbox lock will be provided. You can enter via the main entrance of the building A&B. Please walk towards the second lift that is located in the far side of the hallway. Go to L3 with the keycard. You need to exit the lift and follow the arrow to building C. The Appt is located at L2 of building C. After parking in space 61, walk through tunnel to building C and take lift to level L2. To get back to car take lift to level B, walk through tunnel to car space 61. the aprtment is C61 in building C. When leaving the apartment, you can use the lift to go to L4. Then follow the arrow from Building C to the lift in building B. The existing is located at level 1. Parking is available. You can drive through the gate on the left side of the building A&B (the main one off the street.) My parking is 5 level downwards. (lowest level). It is marked as 61. You can use visitor parking, if it is available. If you drive there, you can use the parking at the basement. You need to get the keys from the master lock box first. My parking is 5 level downwards. To get back to car take lift to level B, walk through tunnel to car space 61. the apartment is C61 in building C. =============================================================== How to exit the building by lift: 1. take the lift to L4 2. Walk out of the building and follow the arrow then walk straight to opposite building (approx 10m). Swipe key card needed before entering the building. Turn left when you inside the building. 3. Take the lift. press down before you enter and press L1 (level 1) after entering. 4. Turn right and you will see the exit. This is a new building. The residents living there are very nice and quiet. Building cleaners will mop the public corridor floor daily Mon - Fri. It is located next to main road however you can not hear the busy road noise at all when you on premise. If you need to go to City, you can take the train or bus. The train station is just across the road. Garbage room is located next to the lift at L4. You do not need to swipe the card but do need when you back to apartment. There is only one key & one fob during your stay. Please do inform us BEFORE you arrive if you need extra fob or key. Otherwise we can not manage to provide them. Please return the keys to the mailbox and lock it upon checkout. We really appreciate your reviews.
