22 THE ESPLANADE WOOL BAY is perfectly suited for families or couples looking to escape to the ocean. The property is ideally located for easy beach, boat ramp and jetty access and boasts expansive deck views across the Gulf of St Vincent. The superbly equipped kitchen and large dining table makes it perfect for those inclined to entertain and the property has polished concrete floors and reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout. Open plan kitchen/dining and living area with north and east facing decks at front and bathrooms and bedrooms at back. Occasionally my family stay at the house next door. If they are, let them know if you need anything. Wool Bay is a quiet, friendly town that attracts like-minded people. The property in nestled amongst other holiday houses that are often inhabited by our friendly neighbours. The maximum number of adults that the property can comfortably accommodate is four as two of the bedrooms are configured with bunk beds which are designed to accommodate children.
