Private room quiet neighborhood near ski and hike

Light and airy recently constructed private room in a single family home. Perfect for a quiet overnight between days of skiing or hiking in Central Mass. Wachusett ski area is just 10 minutes down the road. Full private bath with large shower. Two twin beds. Private zone heating and air conditioning! Private keyed entrance. We have a coffee maker and a small dorm fridge for your use. Large screen television with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Chromecast. The room has a private keyed entrance. It is attached to the main house, a historic house built in 1759. The room was renovated in 2017, and has all new custom elements, including a walk-in closet and new memory foam mattresses on the two twin beds. There is a large desk and chairs in the space and a coffee maker and electric kettle for making tea. Guests have full private access to the room. There is no access to the main house. The doors to the room (between our living room and the guest room) are locked from the main house side and are never opened during guest stays. Guests can use the yard and lawn chairs can be provided upon request. There is no access available to laundry. There is, however, a laundromat less than two miles from our home that has ample parking and is open from 6 am - 10 pm daily. We are a warm and friendly family. We are open to interaction with our guests, but we also understand the need for quiet and personal space. We have three small children and 17 chickens that free range on the property during the day. All are very amiable. Our house is situated in a quiet town of 8000 inhabitants. We are 10 minutes from Mt. Wachusett skiing and hiking area. There are several good restaurants in town. Because we live in the country, there is no easy access to public transportation. We recommend a personal vehicle. There is parking available next to our driveway. It is about a 50 yard walk to the private entrance. We clear a path through the snow for easy access. We are less than 2 minutes from the highway with easy access to local towns and shopping We have three small children aged 8, 5, and 2 and 17 chickens. The room is attached to our main family room but separated by a locked door. We do not access the room while guests are staying. We do our best to keep quiet when guests are visiting, but of course some carry over noise is possible as the room is located next to our play room/ family room. We keep a firm quiet time of 11 pm to 7 am. However, our bedrooms are on the far side of the house from the Airbnb suite, so late check ins are possible. Due to living in a small town, there is no on-street parking. Parking is provided on the house property, but it is on the other side of the main house from the private entrance to the room. Guests will need to walk across our lawn to access the room, approximately 100 yards.
