Our home has been in our family for over 60 years and is now our home away from home. With just a few clicks of the mouse it can be your home away from home as well . This property is a quaint two storey house with ample street parking. Although we've made a few modern upgrades the home is very much the original structure and design. The main floor contains a fully functional kitchen with fridge, four burner stove, oven and cookware. A microwave, coffee machine, toaster and tea kettle are also available. The kitchen will be stocked with dry staple basics for your use. Just outside the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, laundry detergent will be supplied. A spacious and pleasant dining room with dishes and a fireplace will allow for enjoyable meal sharing. Also, you will find a cozy sitting room with seating for four, a television and fireplace where you can relax and reminisce over the events of your day or just simply relax. This property is located in the beautiful village of Coytrahen located 4 miles north of Bridgend. The village is in a rural setting surrounded by rolling green hills and natural woodland with the Llynfi river running below it. Coytrahen has its own local pub serving traditional meals, the Nicholls Arms is a 5 minute walk. There are a number of supermarkets in nearby locations such as Tondu, Aberkenfig, McArthur Glen and Bridgend. Access from the M4 is approximately 10 minutes which is where the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet is located. The Tondu railway station is a 15 minute walk giving you access to Wales' major cities, Cardiff and Swansea, alternatively both can be reached in a 30 minute drive. A public bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the property. In addition, the local industrial estates are easily accessible. Southerndown on the Bristol Channel, which is part of the Glamorgan Heritage Coast, is 12 miles away.
