It has 1 double bed and 1 sofa seat that becomes a single fold out bed if needed, all with fresh duvet, pillows and fresh towels are provided, there is also large wardrobe for clothes. The room is bright and airy with secure double glazing and opening windows and blackout blind, overlooking the front of the property. There is a kettle and tea & coffee milk provided on your arrival. There is a communal bathroom at the top of the stairs and is cleaned twice a day. If you smoke there is various (smoking areas) in he the garden and can be used whenever you like. Two rooms listed on Airbnb share the facilities with you, however I will ensure your privacy and personal needs are met if requested at all times. My cat Trevor is not allowed in any Airbnb rooms and a latch on the inside and outside of the door ensures this. Observing this house rule is appreciated as Trev is crafty and will try to sneak in. The kitchen and dining room are always available for your use at all times however please appreciate although communal it is my home and personal living space. All amenities are accessible and shared. Usage of a printer & WIFI also available. Free parking at all times anywhere on the road, if you want driveway parking please ask at booking it is on a first come first served basis. Free parking anywhere on the road but please respect neighbours driveways. All toiletries and towels are provided. Please feel free to make requests for anything else you may need as we will try to help. Always feel free to access the garden gate and back door kitchen if I cant hear you knocking at the front. I am happy to answer any questions and can be contacted by phone but generally I expect guests to do as they please I am here if you need me but other than that just getting on with it yourself is what I prefer. This is a village after all so any local information I can supply you with. There's so much to do in Carlton, Gedling & Netherfield with quick access into city 3miles away 20 mins by bus . We are green belt area so lots of beautiful country walks riverside experience and nature reserves on our doorstep. The street has free parking, quiet but busy, people are friendly locally and our neighbour's are the same, they are also approachable if needed. This is a quiet neighbourhood with a local 2mins walk Petrol Station/Supermarket/Off Licence & a friendly Bar/Restaurant that offers daily food menu. There is a nearby shopping (small) centre and then a large retail shopping park about a mile radius. We are directly next to a cricket playing field, tennis courts and bowling green. We are 5mins away from bus stops and train station. The 26 bus service is NCT. I runs every 20mins and takes approx 15 mins to get into city, the bus service runs at a daily cost of £4.20 return £2.30 single ride. The train station is every 10 mins from Carlton (5 mins away) into Nottingham Station. From Nottingham train station there is a tube ride into surrounding areas Beeston, Clifton, Bullwell, and Hucknall and all university sites. Train Station at Carlton goes into City Nottingham OR out to Newark/Lincoln 5 mins away. Reliable Taxi service D&G (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) This room is on the ground floor, the bathroom is accessed upstairs and shared by other guests, it is cleaned twice daily. There is 1 fixed double bed and a single sofa bed seat that folds out if needed. All towels & bedding fresh on arrival. Before booking please inform me of any guests travelling with you. If you are making a long term booking please include your country of travel, any personal details you can share along with the reasons for your long term booking.
