Self contained guest house with amazing city views. North facing, king bed, lounge with 2 sofas, bathroom, kitchenette and TV. Close to Burnside shopping precinct, Adelaide Hills & walking trails. Access requires you to walk up & down slopes/stairs and parking is approx 100m from guesthouse. All our property is a non smoking area. Please be mindful that we run two guest houses on our property. After requesting your booking we will send you COVID 19 questions before confirming the booking The guesthouse is part of two storey home in the Adelaide foothills with amazing 180 degrees views of the city. Your downstairs area has its own secure and private space and access allowing you to come and go as you please. We run two guest houses so please respect other guests by reducing noise when entering and departing your guesthouse. The guesthouse has a kitchenette (sink, microwave, kettle, fridge), TV, lounge (with 2 sofas). Ample free onsite car parking available. Please be mindful that we run two guesthouses and ask you manage your noise when entering and leaving our property. Note, please stay on the allocated paths to respect the privacy of the hosts. The pool is not part of the airBnB rental and not included for guest use. Guests have their own private access and private use of an outdoor courtyard area. If you can't walk up and down stairs or minor slopes, this may not be suitable for you. The paths leading to the guesthouse run near some small hill slopes with no fencing. Also note, given the area we live in, we do get wildlife visitors (kangaroos) from the hills. They are wildlife and should not be approached or fed. They keep their distance and enjoy eating our lawn, please do not approach. Please stick to allocated paths as advised by the host. Note, the pool is not for guest use. Guests can have complete privacy or we are very happy to provide you with our local knowledge of Beaumont and the rest of Adelaide. Beaumont is a beautiful leafy eastern suburb located in the Adelaide foothills, only 8.5 km from the Adelaide CBD. It is perfectly located close to restaurants with a variety of cuisines, popular hotels and shopping precincts. Burnside Village, one of Adelaide's most upscale shopping centres is a 5 minute drive away and is home to over 100 premium lifestyle and fashion stores. We are located near the gateway of the Adelaide Hills with easy access to popular areas like Waterfall Gully, Mt Lofty, Sterling, Crafers, Hahndorf, Monarto Zoo, Clealand National Park The Pioneer Women's trail, a 22 kilometre walk from Beaumont to Hahndorf, is only minutes away from the home and travels through historic homes and beautiful bushland. The Adelaide CBD contains a range of attractions including Adelaide Oval, Botanic Garden, Adelaide Zoo, Rundle Mall shopping precinct, Central Market, bike paths, International Equestrian 3 day event, Womadelaide, tour Down Under, Adelaide 500 and Adelaide Fringe/Festival. Beaumont is approximately 8.5 km or 15 minute drive to Adelaide CBD. Alternatively, a bus stop is a 5 minute walk away which will take you into the Adelaide CBD (please note that the walk from the bus stop to the house is quite a steep 5 minute walk). Please note that some areas within Beaumont are quite hilly/steep and need to be taken into account when contemplating walking in the area. The house is set in a private and hilly area. Access to the guesthouse includes some steep inclines and requires the use of (Website hidden by Airbnb) guesthouse has one kIng size bed and one two double sofas (these are not for extra guests).
