The Cottages On Orchard Isolation Destination

this 100 year old newly painted cottage/guesthouse has new barnwood floors and tiled floors in the kitchen. Pet friendly The Cottage on Orchard is one of two 100 year old quaint guest cottages on a natural wooded lot. It is a designated wildlife habitat. There is a small main house as well, all with their own privacy. Please read house rules before confirming. This cottage is located in the artist community of Arden, DE. 2.5 hours from New York Entire cottage and back patio available by phone call or text. Arden is known as an artists community. It has a historic museum open on Sundays and Wednesday evenings . Enjoy dinner and a show at the Candelight Dinner Theater which is within walking distance. Book with us to enjoy a relaxing stay antiquing, visiting the near by wineries or exploring numerous state parks and lakes in the area. Enjoy fall with pumpkin picking and hay ride events. 20 minutes from University of Delaware 30 minutes from Philadelphia. 1.5 hours from New Jersey/ Delaware beaches. 2.5 hours from NYC (Website hidden by Airbnb) Parking is available directly in front of the property. One spot per cottage available. Renting for two week periods for those who would like to self quarantine. Cottage is cleaned with 1:10 bleach solution by me personally. I am also a registered nurse. I am not allowing consecutive booking in order to allow time to sanitize properly.
