The walls are painted with neutral colour and one side with light blue. There are triple built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, double glazed obscured UPVC window to front aspect and a gas radiator that will keep you warm during your stay in the winter. Just next to the bed, you will find a desk and a chair, also a side table with a bed lamp. Village Pub, Subway fast food, Take-Aways, Starbucks, Costa, Lidl, and Sainsbury are nearby. Quiet residential area with a commercial center nearby, only 5 minutes by car and the latest venue NEW Concorde Aerospace Bristol Museum, only 9 minutes on foot. Easy access to the M5 and just a short drive from the centre of Bristol. If you come by car, there is unrestricted street parking. There are 2 bus stops nearby called Callicroft Road & Highleaze Road. These bus stops are situated in different direction. You will use them one to another depending on where you want to go. If you come by bus, I am happy to pick you up from there (your arrival time and my schedule permitted). 2.4 kilometers/1.5 miles to Aztec West or Eagles Wood business park. 2 kilometers/1.3 miles to Airbus. 1.4 kilometers/0.9 mile to Rolls Royce. 4.2 kilometers/2.6 miles to Abbey Wood business park or MOD. 450 meter/0.3 mile to Costa Cafe and Subway fast food. Only 5 minutes walk to supermarket called Lidl. 600 meter/0.4 mile to take-aways. 2.2 kilometers/1.4 miles to Cribbs Causeway & the Venue, one of the major shopping attractions in the South West. 700 meters/0.4 mile to NEW Concorde Aerospace Bristol Museum. Only 20 minute drive to Bristol city center. Hair dryer and iron available on request. Washing machine and dryer available. It will cost £10 per load (wash and dry).
