Modern studio unit in Canberra's Southside

Enjoy a stay at the base of Tuggeranong Hill in a brand new modern studio unit that is disability-friendly. The unit has its own garden area & ground-level private access from a dedicated parking area. From the unit, you can access fantastic walking and biking trails. We are 25 minutes from the city and 20 - 30 minutes from the Tidbinbilla Nature area, Corin forest ski area and bobsled, the Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex and Gibraltar Falls. We are upstairs and happy to help. An outdoor setting is also included. The Liveable Housing certificate (silver) is pending. Guests access the unit via a lockbox to obtain the key on the right-hand side of the house inside the gate next to the parking area. Options exist to book astrophotography workshops with your host as we have quick access to dark unpolluted night skies in the Namadgi National Park. Please contact us for further details as these can be tailored to your need and timetable. Our neighbourhood is situated in a quiet enclave in a natural Australia bush setting. Kangaroos and Australian birdlife can be regularly seen. The view from Tuggeranong Hill offers a commanding view over the Tuggeranong Valley. We are close to the Monaro Highway and the Kosciuszko National Park which is less than 2 hours away. We will provide information about walking trails and other areas of interest and free activities in and around Canberra in our unit. We also about 20-25 minutes drive from Canberra airport. Please note the two single beds can be combined to form a king bed upon request.
