This cozy bungalow sits privately beside the main house ,on 5 acres in quiet country location , surrounded by amazing gum trees This quiet location is only an 8 minute drive to Geelong CBD and 2 minutes drive to a shopping centre We are sited perfectly at the beginning of the Bellerine wine and food trail loop . 15 minutes by car and you are at Ocean Grove beach Perfect location for fishing and boating with access close by to boat ramps- and yes we have space for your boat The Bungalow is private but sits beside the main house ,We are available for assistance in making your stay enjoyable . We are locals and generational occupiers of the greater Geelong area , we have a vast knowledge of the area and are happy to assist in any travel questions . This may be a country setting but it is only a 8 minute drive from Geelong CBD and 15 minutes from Ocean grove and the beach. The local shopping centre is only 2 minutes away by car The property is beside the Bellerine rail trail - The Bellarine Rail Trail is a 32 km walking and cycling track on the Bellarine Peninsula, in Victoria, Australia, that follows the route of the former South Geelong to Queenscliff branch line. The local bus route stops at both end of the road Taxis will service this area. South Geelong train station is a 12 minute drive. Avalon airport is 35 minutes by car . Tullamarine airport (Melbourne ) is 90 km Torquay 25 km Queenscliff and the Sorrento ferry 20 km Great ocean road 40 km parking available beside bungalow ,private entrance
