The house is a semi detached 2 story Wimpy home with large rear extension it's located in a quiet estate within the village of Duntocher overlooking the Kilpatrick hills. Smoking is ok outside in the decking or garden areas which are accessed from the french doors off the dining room. Guests can access all areas described in the listing including the garden decking and seated areas, The 3 rooms are all well decorated and suitable for 5 persons, guests also have access to a beautiful lounge and dining area for relaxing or watching TV (disney, sky, prime,netflix,star Etc) The WiFi and mesh in all areas is fast. The driveway and front monoblock area can acommodate 4 cars off road. The roads around this area are quiet and are served by a local mini bus service, alll houses have driveways and street parking is free. I will be available most days as I live on site, I love interacting with guests and will be happy to offer tips and hints on most things. There is a childrens play area within walking distance with a secure area for little ones complete with the usual swings and other equipment. Duntocher main road is within easy walking distance and is provided with the usual amenities, supermarket, laundret, fower shop, cafe, pubs (3), pharmacy. Excelent travel links start just outside the door with the local mini bus, 2 train stations within 10min, direct links to Edinburgh, Glasgow Airport is 18min, Loch lomond, Glasgow centre, SECC, Art Gallery, Buchanan golf club + 3 others are all within 20min away. And of course you can walk to the Kilpatrick hills in 4min or the strart of the west highland way is only 15 min away in Milngavie.
