Beautiful, 2 story 3 bedroom home next door to a park that is great for walking. Large soaker tub in master bath, in family oriented community. Spacious open concept dining, great room, kitchen area with a beautiful island and farm sink. Large pantry, convenient USB plugs in the island, night lights on the stairs. Gorgeous backyard with beautiful landscaping. Home is very close to the 10 and 210 fwys. and very close to Citrus Plaza/Mountain Grove shopping Centers and Movie theaters. Please read before booking. Also important to know before booking this house has a separate one bedroom connected that has its own separate entrance that is also an Airbnb. There is no shared space. Please answer the following questions before booking: What brings you to the area? Who will be staying in the home? Please provide names... When do you think you will arrive? Please also read and acknowledge agreement of my house rules. Please do not touch any of the cameras There is a camera on the doorbell called the ring. Also there are motion lights outside of the house on the side and in the back of the property. Very Important! Please read everything before booking, including house rules. This home is nicely furnished and spacious, it feels like you are right at home. In addition, there is a nice office space to work and spacious open concept living/kitchen space for family to hang out together. It is a newly built home with upgraded floors and cabinets. The home has all of the appliances you will need to make your stay feel like you are literally at home. Note: please be aware that there is a one bedroom suite connected to the main home that has it's own entry. That space is a seperate Airbnb and you will not have access to the suite. The front door to that suite is located on the right side of the home next to the park. Please do not attempt to open that door. Also there are cameras on the outside of the property. There are No Shared Spaces. By booking this home, you are agreeing to the following: To keep the premises in the condition that you received it in It is in a quiet family oriented neighborhood, therefore no parties, no loud music. You are responsible for anything that missing or broken during your stay You agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay No smoking on the property...there is a park literally next door if you must smoke You are aware that a guest may be staying next door in the attached suite. There is no shared space. You will have access to the entire main residence. You will not have access to the connected one bedroom suite. The neighborhood is new community and family oriented with beautiful parks and in close proximity to shopping. The home is close to Redlands University, Loma Linda University, ESRI just to name a few. The best way to get around is to rent a car, Uber or Lyft.
