Artist's flat, stunning views, balcony & garden

Our home is open plan with a balcony and stunning views of the boats, river and sea from all windows. We are the only flat in the building, so it is very quiet here. We live in the centre of Penryn and are situated just next to the free car park so parking is easy. It is very easy to get in to Falmouth by bus, bike or car and takes approx 30 mins to walk there. We have a garden with a hammock. Our flat is very light and spacious and feels like a haven from the bustle of town. There are wonderful walks in the area with no car needed. We have the best fish and chips in town just a few doors up on the high street! This is a wonderful space to relax, cook, work, read and use as a base for further exploration. You walk into the garden through the gate and walk up the path to the front door. There are then 5 short flights of steps that take you up to the door into the flat. As you enter you will find yourself in the dining area with sliding door onto balcony. The room then flows into sitting room and onto kitchen as the flat is open plan. As you enter the hallway you will find the master bedroom on the left and the second bedroom second on the left. The final door on the left is the bathroom. The whole flat is private and for the use of the booking customers only. There is no public space. We will be available by email or phone but will have a friend close by for any emergencies/ requirements. Penryn is a very small town with a lovely coffee shop a few doors down, a cafe and a post office a few doors up and a grocery shop just before the chippy. There is a wonderful pub at the bottom of Penryn called The Famous Barrel and you can walk along the river to flushing for a pint at the seven stars or the royal standard which serves great food. The neighbourhood is friendly. We feel secluded in the flat as we stand alone and tall in a building shared by the pharmacy. He will be looked after by our friend so there is no need to feed him etc. Please leave him in his house as he is 26 years old!
