Cozy "Old House"

House in a farm suitable for laser and work. 30 minutes from the A1 and 1h from Aveiro, Coimbra and OPorto. Available for longer stays. Ideal space for those who want to travel to the area of Águeda on business and do not like to stay in a hotel environment, wanting more privacy. Also available for laser use, to discover Águeda and surroundings. Access to the entire house. Do not include closed garage. I will be available to help in any situation. I live on the same property in another house Just 10 minutes from the new industrial area south of Águeda and the city center, but in a peaceful environment. We have kennels on the property near the house to be rented, so there may be a possibility of noise caused by dogs (2). We also have a dog that is usually loose, but very friendly.
