Comfortable village house retreat with own pool

Self contained village house, with all mod cons and very comfortable. Ideal for families or a small group as all bedrooms are the same size and not adjoining giving additional privacy. There is a cot available should it be required Much loved family home, with good access to all parts of Umbria and Tuscany. Open plan living area with seating and dining for 6, 3 good sized bedrooms en suite shower and family bathroom. Contains a cot, with bedding swimming pool - Summer months only , pool table , BBQ, shaded seating area in the garden Not at all - although we have a local lady who cleans and can provide assistance if neccessary peace, tranquility, our neighbours , great environment, small local town has all facilites and great places to eat. a car is needed however the local town has a good train service to both Rome and Florence
