Borth Cottage on the beach with stunning sea views

The ground floor has now been completely refurbished with new kitchen, shower room/toilet and spacious lounge with large flat screen tv. There is the addition of a dishwasher. Stunning views from the upstairs lounge where you can sit and watch the sun go down and the dolphins swim by. There’s a second spacious open plan tv lounge and dining area on the ground floor. Direct access from the property onto the beach via the rear door or from the upstairs lounge. We do not pester our guests, though we are always available by phone to answer queries and give advice if needed. We live in the village and are available most of the time to help and answer questions either by phoning my mobile or calling at our house. The cottage is a short walk to the railway station, where you can take a regular train to Aberystwyth and North Wales, Birmingham is less than three hours away and most trains are direct. Snowdonia and the Brecon Beacons can be visited in a day. The cottage is on the heritage coastal path. The golf club is half a mile away. Ynyslas Nature reserve is within two miles, The Dyfi Osprey project is within eight miles. The University town of Aberystwyth is seven miles from the cottage with shops, (Tesco and M&S) supermarkets and plenty of eating places. Also a fine cinema and a theatre. The bus stop is opposite the house which takes you directly into Aberystwyth. The train will get you into Aberystwyth in just over ten minutes. The train will also take you to North Wales, Shrewsbury, Birmingham and London. Electricity is via a key meter which may be charged in the village. Pillows and duvets are provided but guests must supply their own linen ie. duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels. You may park on the road or we can provide off road parking a short walk away free of charge.
