Van Alstyne Home with a View

Charming private guest house located on a quiet 2.5 acres in Van Alstyne, TX, just 4 min off highway 75. We are only 18 min from Mckinney, 16 min from Sherman, and about an hr from Dallas/ Forth Worth. There is also a Walmart within a 15 minute drive if needed. We have 2 friendly dogs and a neighborhood dog that likes to wonder on to our property to say hello. If you have any questions feel free to ask. The guesthouse is recently remodeled, with a full kitchen, living area and small private patio. The bedroom has a king sized Tempur-pedic mattress. A great opportunity to try one out for a couple nights if you're curious or in the market for a new bed. A queen sized, 22" tall air mattress is available in the closet if needed for additional guests or children. Don't worry about data or phone signal out here. We actually experience faster speeds and reliability than we did in McKinney. With a cell tower less than a mile away and no congestion, we get speeds around 40-50 Mps on our phones. We have never experienced any throttling due to the little demand. We have an unlimited data plan and choose not to have an internet service provider. We are available to answer any questions you may have via phone or text. Van Alstyne is a quiet little town with nice restaurants, cute boutiques and friendly people. If you can't find what you are looking for here, nearby Anna, Mckinney or Sherman should have what you need.
