A view towards the infinite sea

The 2-floors apartment with independent entrance is located in an ancient village on the hill of Andora (SV). It is in a quiet and peaceful residential area. In 5 minutes by car you can reach the center of Andora where you can find equipped beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. It does not have a parking space but there is always plenty of space on the road adjacent to the apartment. In 15 minutes you can walk down to reach the beaches and the center of Andora. The apartment consists of: Ground Floor: 2 double bedrooms (one of which is very large); eat-in kitchen, oven and electric stove, dishwasher and a large bathroom. First floor: living room overlooking the sea, corner bar, 1 bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Habitable terrace with a wonderful view overlooking the Gulf of Andora. Both bathrooms have a shower. The bedrooms are equipped with vortex fans and very spacious built-in wardrobes. The furniture is very refined in a Provencal style. The entire two-floors apartment with independent entrance is available to our guests. Enjoy the view from the terrace! We don't live in Liguria, but we have trusted people who will welcome you. The house is located in an ancient village. The village is essentially made up of second homes. It is very quiet. In August, usually either the first or the second weekend, there is the 'Festival of aromatic and medicinal herbs and ancient plants'. Normally there are many and qualified exhibitors, including the Slow Food Presidia of the Perinaldo Artichoke, the Bitter Orange Blossom Water from Vallebona, the Violet Asparagus of Albenga, the Chinotto of Savona, the Rose Syrup of the Valley Scrivia. It changes every year! Rollo is in a strategic position to stay in peace but quickly reach different locations. - 5 minutes from Andora where you can access the bathing establishments, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. - 10 minutes from the nightlife and shopping of Alassio - less than 30 minutes from Sanremo - just over 45 minutes from the French border: Cote d'Azur, Provence and the Principality of Monaco; I recommend visiting Eze (do not miss the visit to Fragonard .. one of the most famous perfume companies; guided tours in all languages), Le Tourbie, Menton (where there is the Mirazur restaurant declared the best in the world and property of chef Mauro Colagreco 3 Michelin stars) Nice, Cannes. - 20 minutes from the Toirano Caves (they organize guided tours, very nice) - 1h from Triora, the town of witches (every 15th August there is the famous witches' festival) - different travel time to reach the hinterland: Maritime Alps (recommend Pratorotondo Refuge or The Park of Wonders, or Colle di Nava, but the destinations are many) - 1 hour ; Mendatica Adventure Park. Suitable for small children as well as for teens or adults (has different difficulties) - 11 km from Imperia: I recommend to visit: Olio Carli (oil museum and emporium), Villa Grock (inhabited, in the years (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , by the famous clown Adrien Wettach, aka "Grock".) The house is equipped with everything except internet (for us it is a second home): dishes, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Table and chairs for the terrace and two deck chairs. The data and telephone signal is good.
