Our place is located 3-minutes-walk from Royal Route - Nowy Świat St. (Old Town - 1,5km, National Museum - 600m).Its absolutely the best location if you want to discover Warsaw's night life and restaurants. We offer you 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, flat screen tv in every room, wi-fi, specious living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, fridge and sitting area for over 10 persons. We can arrange baby cots and baby chairs if needed. All rooms are specious (from 35sq to 18sq) each has its own private bathroom. Apartment is very high which gives you a wonderful feeling of space. In 3 rooms there are 2 single beds (they can be connected making one king-size bed) and in 2 rooms are two double beds (also king -size). There is a very big living room with dining table and Kartell seats/sofa that is perfect for many users. Our place is so big that even traveling as a big group you will find privacy and our large living room is perfect for a get togethers. We have portable AC and fans so you should be comfortable during heat waves. Whole apartment for your use. We are on the 4th floor of beautiful over 100years old building on Smolna street. In 3 minutes you can be on Royal Route with its great restaurants, shops and bars. We are 10 minutes walk form the river where during the summer warsaw night life concentrate. Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden and fee for breaking that rule is 300 euro (there is a balcony where you can smoke). Between 10:00 pm and 7:00am is quiet time. Organizing party in the apartment is forbidden. In the apartment can sleep only guests who reserved it.
