It's an amazing apartment close to many schools (madre cabrini, poliedro)and colleges, ideal for students and people coming to work in são paulo! This is a very cozy apartment and incredibly silent, with great lighting, close to some great places and really easy to get around town, to restaurants, parks, museums. Guest will have access to the living room, kitchen, laundry and their private room. I often work from home and I'm available for chatting and helping the guests. Very cozy and silent apartment, extremely close to subway station and bus terminal, a 10 minute walk to paulista avenue (or only 2 subway stations away) it's also close to lots os restaurants at walking distance (vegan, japanese, arab), and a supermarket (pao de açúcar ana rosa, carrefour express, pastorinho). you can also walk to ibirapuera park (15-20 minutes) or if you prefer, watch a movie at santa cruz or paulista shopping mall also at walking distance. subway station, bus terminal, bike lane to paulista avenue and downtown.
