Quirky and sumptuous retreat in North Wales!

Hello! I'm Roxi, and welcome to my quirky home! I live here in the stunningly beautiful Welsh Countryside with my dog, Leo (a dalmatian). Being an artist, you will find my home full of beautiful things and my hand-painted furniture. My home is a cosy, friendly space for you to relax in. I am situated in a beautiful village, in the county of Wrexham. This is a great base for exploring North Wales and Chester, or to relax in the evening if you are working in the area. You have a lovely room overlooking the rear garden - which is bordered by woodland, so you will see lots of birds, squirrels, etc! The bathroom, (with bath and shower) will be shared with me. There will be tea/coffee making facilities in your room, and a continental breakfast of: Croissants/bread, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, jams, tea/coffee etc. can be provided at a cost of £5 per person. PLEASE LET ME KNOW UPON BOOKING IF YOU REQUIRE BREAKFAST. Lounge, garden, garden room I will be around during your stay, and easily reachable on my mobile if I happen to be out. Being the highest village in Wales, there is beauty everywhere! There is also a fab and friendly pub a two minute walk away providing your favourite tipple and evening meal! The wonderful town of Llangollen is approx 20 minutes away, so easy to then enjoy the International Eisteddfod - 7th - 12th July 2020, and The Legendary Llangollen Faery Festival - 8th/9th August 2020, along with steam trains, horse-drawn boat rides, and a whole host of unique shops and eateries! This base provides easy access to: Chester 25 minutes (20 minutes to Wrexham Road P&R) Prestatyn/Talacre beach 45 minutes Wrexham 15 minutes - don't miss the fantastic Focus Wales Music Festival 7th - 9th May 2020! There is on-street parking outside the house, and a bus stop a two-minute walk away. There are amazing walks around the village, and Nant Mill and woods is only about two miles away. The beautiful forest of Llandegla is only a 10-minute drive away! At the end of the cul de sac is open countryside - which way will you go?!
