A beautifully decorated 4 bedroom home located in the perfect spot in Russellville. Just a short drive away are great restaurants and shopping. You are also only 1.5 miles from Arkansas Tech University - as well as a short ride to Lake Dardanelle. Other ideas for outdoor fun are - endless opportunities for hiking, mountain bike trail riding, and road tripping on the famous Scenic Highway 7. This home is thoughtfully decorated and can be a perfect place to call home during your stay. Details have not been overlooked! This home is full of character and is set up to satisfy and exceed your needs. It is a very spacious four bedroom home with plenty of gathering spaces for everyone. The large farmhouse style dining room table seats eight comfortably and will serve families and friends with lots of laughter and hopefully some good food! The home offers one king bed, one queen bed, one twin bed with trundle, and one twin bed with floor mattress. All beds are in private rooms and will welcome you - as you retreat for rest. Also available are two twin blow up mattreses with extra linens, pillows, and blankets if someone wants to crash in the den. In home entertainment includes a large smart TV in the living room, and a smart TV in the den. You'll be able to stream your favorite shows and movies from your own personal devices and your personal entertainment accounts (ie, Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, etc). There are also several games provided in the den for family fun. The house features a beautiful sun room - perfect for morning coffee, reading a good book, or memorable conversations with your favorite people. The sun room overlooks the landscaped yard and inground POOL. Outside there is also a courtyard fitted with comfy seating. The pool is surrounded by a privacy fence but there is NOT a safety gate to keep small children away from pool. French doors leading out to the pool do have safety latches at the top of the doors that are out of reach from small children. The pool area includes a nice deck area with comfortable deck chairs. We are certain you will enjoy your stay! (pool is seasonal; it is not heated and is covered during fall and winter months) Pool will be opened early Spring! It may be too cold to swim in, but it's beautiful to sit by and feel the warmth of the sun. The neighborhood is easy to navigate. Parking is in the rear of the house in a double carport - with a driveway that will allow for more vehicles. My mother and I manage this airbnb together, something we've always dreamed of doing. Also, if for some reason both of us are out of town -we will make sure to get you set up with a trusted local contact in case you need something. This home is in a great walking neighborhood. You'll find friendly neighbors walking dogs, children riding bikes, and families strolling. Parking is in the rear of the house in a covered detached carport. The gate in the carport is where guests will enter the backyard and access the main entrance to house. Keypad will be found on the French doors - just after walking through carport gate. The sunroom is a few degrees warmer than the rest of the house on extra hot days. However, the ceiling fan should help keep it comfortable. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom for white noise. The main bath sink drains a little slow - plumbers have checked and double checked - it’s not clogged. A privacy fence surrounds the pool, but there is NOT a safety gate to keep small children out. However, the double french doors that lead out to the pool DO have safety latches at the top of the doors that are out of reach for a small child. The pool has full sun from 11am to 2pm - but we think that's kind of great - because the shade is a welcomed relief from the baking sun. (pool is not heated and is seasonal; it is covered early fall through winter months - and is opened back up early spring)
